「The breakfast buffet was cold, in our room, our bath tub was dirty, the fan above the shower was leaking a yellow/rusty color water and was collecting in the bathtub that was not draining. We had notified the front desk and he said “I apologize, this building is old” stated there was no other rooms available, but didn’t even offer a discounted rate for our room and unusable shower.」

「We had a nice stay at The Osthoff Resort overall. The property was very clean, and we enjoyed both the pools and the beach. The location is beautiful, and the grounds are well maintained. That said, we were a little disappointed that so many activities came with additional fees. We were surprised that things like stand-up paddleboards and bikes weren’t included for resort guests. 「Staff was friendly, rooms were very clean, they had everything you need, from all the amenities to complimentary coffee,tea & water when you walk into the hotel. The connected restaurant had great staff we enjoyed our breakfast there. The location is convenient & I love the mini golf/ice cream area. We have been here a couple of times now & I have not been disappointed yet.」
