「The staff here are remarkable. Extremely nice facilities and lots of ambiance.」

「The room was spacious and clean. The resort was quiet and relaxing and a great location as we were in the area to go to Road America for the Lemon’s Race. Our room overlooked the street were the Lemon’s cars held their parade on Friday night. We ate dinner in the Concourse restaurant. Everything was excellent. Would recommend staying here. They have their own beach in the summer! 」

「The pool was closed because of lack of staffing. Pool hours are not great. Hottub was visibly dirty. Breakfast not included. Not worth the price.」

「Our particular room was close to the elevator which was convenient. The only downfall was that when we stayed there it was too cold for us to use the outdoor waterparks so we did have to walk quite a ways to get to the indoor parks. I highly recommend bringing a wagon or a stroller for this purpose. Out deluxe condo fit our family very well we had 4 children 11 and under and 3 adults」

「Booked our hotel and the posting said underground tunnel to the waterpark we went to Wisconsin in December when it was 8° and the hotel room we got was not even attached to the main building so it’s not very beneficial to take toddlers and 8° weather in your car after they’ve been to a waterpark Also, it snowed while we were there and in three days, nobody bothered to clear the walkways or the sidewalks outside the room. They simply threw salt down. Just hoping it would melt. All I did was make...
