「They initially had us in a 2nd floor room, but we're able to switch to ground floor room as I can't do the stairs. In that regard they were very accommodating. The bedding and towels were very clean, but the floor was filthy and the soap/shampoo/conditioner containers empty. I notified the front desk who said they would tell housekeeping. No problem as they were not expecting to put us in that room. But after 4 days...floor still filthy, no soap, shampoo or conditioner. Also weird that...

「The hotel itself was ok. There are definitely signs of age, such as some stains on a lampshade and some imperfections on the bathroom ceiling. Our room had a musty smell.
