My only complaint was the self check in email that was sent immediately after I booked. It did not work and I actually thought I may have been scammed because when I called it only went to voicemail and no one ever called me back. However when I checked in the front desk was very friendly and told me it was legit but has not been working. The pool and hot tub area were underwhelming, but the rooms and hotel overall were great. We were very impressed with the place otherwise and I would recommend they eliminate the non working self check-in and improve the pool area and you'd have all 5 stars.

Clean rooms, clean hotel. First night check-in was good. Staff person at the desk first night was great even came to my room to fix tv issue. Next day was an issue with staff regarding extra towels for my room. The room did have sufficient supply of towels for 6 people and when I approached the service desk I was no towels available until later. Went back 3 the same day and received the same answer each time. This staff member was not very nice and never had a solution. Finally Saturday evening very late I was able to get towel. Not happy and thought the staffer was very unhelpful.

Carmel corn found in pull out sofa. No hand soap in room. App with virtual room key didn’t work. Pool area was not like pictures(wall partition with construction on the other side), and frequently out of towels. Teenage boy's in pool and hot tub in their underwear, not bathing suits. Cat in room and hallway a few doors down from our room. To say we were disappointed is a huge understatement.

When asked by app what time we wiukd be there we said 3pm however due to weather we didnt arrive untill 7pm. They had one person at the check-in and had to wait in a 25 to 30 min line to find out our room was not ready. They said the room we where assind wasnt ready but another room was clean thag was the same was clean. Could tell the room they put us in may have been unused for some time. Comb webs in corner of room, main door was coming off hindge causing it not to close unles you pulled or pushed on it really hard. Also the charged an addtional $40 for addtuonal peaple for the room and we only had 4 total. Figured it was due to the extensive pool area they show on the pictures however the nothing in the pictures was there. Only a smaller pool and one hot tub that took up abiut 1/4 of the space shown in the pictures. Staff was politely and over the property was clean.

Lobby is new and remodeled and we were hanging out there a lot with the other families, rooms are older than my college daughter, we stayed for long weekend and my husband did not shower for 3 days because the shower looked disgusting… other than than great location, great common area , helpful staff that answered promptly each request

The hotel is huge, easy to get lost. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was good. Rooms are large and were clean. Bed was soft and comfortable. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub due to the hot tub being full when we walked to it but it looked nice. I am guessing they are doing some construction on the pool area since it looks under construction. Parking was easy. It was quiet. Definitely would go back.

The pool situation was a nightmare. My husband hit his head, there was a scratch that broke the skin. No, we were not drinking. A staff member (?) Came to "help". We dont know exactly because he didnt introduce himself, give his medical licensure or WEAR GLOVES. He stunk of cigarette smoke to boot. The front desk person was with him. Our group were all healthcare workers. A scratch is the least of our worries to treat. We followed protocol and made him aware we had medical licenses and were capable of immediate treatment. We were refused. When we saw he wanted to touch my husband to "help" him with NO GLOVES, didn't wash his hands and had toilet paper to put on the cut, aid was refused. The man yelled and cursed at us. Everyone in the party was told we were not welcome in the pool area... for the rest of the weekend. We have previously stayed once a year for a reunion. NOT ever again.

Beautiful room and hotel, was clean and had everything we needed. The onsite gym was the best hotel gym I've seen or used. We got a whirlpool room w/ a fireplace for 3 nights so we could ski nearby at Granite Peak. Very decent free breakfast every morning, staff was very courteous and accommodating. Plenty of restaurants nearby. My only complaint is that the parking lot could have been cleared of snow better and the room across from us was obviously smoking in their room the entire time we were there. I didn't report it but not sure how the staff could've missed it. I would 100% stay again! Great price for the beautiful room and hotel and great amenities.
