「I had reserved a king bed. Once I got into the room I saw I only had a queen bed. Went to front desk to get it switched and they said all kings were taken. Lady did not try to help at all. Rooms smell like smoke and bathroom wasn’t the cleanest.」

「I love hot e round building. I have seen this hotel several times on my trips between Eagle River and Stevens Point. I have admired the round shape of the hotel and thought it would be fun to stay there. Well I got my chance when my husband had surgery. Very convenient place to stay. Across from grocery store and close to drug store. This hotel is off the highway, however, I was not disturbed by traffic at all. Very quiet. Great parking. I will stay here again.」
