「Staff was really helpful. It was my first time traveling and my first time staying in a hotel and I didn't understand how the room key worked. I got stuck in the elevator for a few minutes until the associate at the desk came over to show me how it worked. The breakfast was really good with really friendly staff. Room was mostly clean.
