I chose this hotel because it was rated high online. When I got here, everything looked dirty, the bed lumpy, room smelled, no air conditioning in the hallway. I was too tired to leave. Whoever rated this place as excellent is not used to excellent. I would say poor to below average.

The breakfast was great. When I had an issue with WiFi, the staff helped fix it quickly. Everything was great. The only thing was that the whirlpool hot tub wasn’t working. There was nice hot water but the bubbling part wasn’t working.

Weeds outside the property looks very unkept. Ice machine on 2nd floor, should be one on each floor. Pool was cloudy/dirty. Had to change rooms, as reservation included a pet, we were given a non pet room 1st & had to change rooms
