「Location was great- staff was helpful. My complaints are-
rooms were musty and dusty. So, we left with stuffy noses and headaches. The second complaint is that the food for the breakfast bar was not stocked when it ran out 1/2 way through the allotted time for breakfast hours. So, for my family the pickings were slim to non.」

「We stayed in room 237 which is directly across from the stairwell. Cold air gushed up the stairs and into our room. There was no good way to regulate the temperature. We have stayed at this hotel many times and have never had problems. However I will never stay in that room again.」

「A really magnificent departure from the mid-range, vanilla hotels that we business travelers frequent. You'll experience coolness overload when you stay here. The rooms are very comfortable and well appointed and the communal areas are stunning in a way that fans of Gustav Stickley, Teco, Weller, etc won't easily forget. The breakfast was superb too. The only drawback-It was really hot, and the A/C in this old girl couldn't keep up. Luckily there was a large fan in the room.
