「The bathroom door stuck and was hard to open, and they didn't provide a bar of soap, but the hotel was clean and the staff friendly.」

「This facility was clean with good features. Not a whole lot but everything is clearly laid out on their page. The air conditioner was great and TV was good. Beds were nice and the space was clean. We always enjoy our stay and have been here multiple times.」

「We loved the property, so beautiful! Our kids loved the pool and playground and we enjoyed sitting by the Lake with the cool breeze and playing pickle ball in the evenings once the courts were shaded. We also loved the proximity to Duck Lake Beach, our kids enjoyed the two days we went there. It’s also only a 15 min drive into town where there are some really good places to eat and a Walmart and aldi for groceries. We stayed in the annex and its well maintained but showing its age...

「Upon checking in we discovered there was no elevator and they only had a room on the second floor. My dad being a senior was not able to walk up the stairs. When I mentioned this they said Expedia should have told me this. Either way I was not aware. I had to find another hotel to stay at the last minute. I tried working with Expedia to get a refund and Expedia informed me they were not able to get in touch with the hotel therefore cannot give me a refund. Beware! The neighborhood and hotel...
