「Stay was ok. Beautiful view. Ok breakfast included. Booked late so was pretty expensive. Staff was ok friendly. We didn't ask them for room cleaning service, so didn't get new towels, etc. I guess you have to ask. For the price, would think service would be amazing」

「This place was disgusting! I should have known something was amiss when the total price was $180 for two nights. The lobby smelled horrible, the room was bleh, the shower had flaking paint, stains everywhere, the towels were stained! You can honestly spare a couple extra dollars and literally go ANYWHERE ELSE and get a better night stay. Oh and there is no security, I hear someone screaming for help so god knows what was happening with that. Oh, and if you like the sound of smoke detectors...

「We had to leave and stay at a different hotel due to the unsanitary conditions at Whitehall Cottages. The bed had dirt and hair on the sheets and all around the mattress. There’s no staff on the property and the owner didn’t respond back until later in the evening after we were already checked in to a different hotel. When I asked for a refund I was told he couldn’t do it because we booked through Expedia…」
