"Elevator being down was only issue as it was a challenge to haul our bags up stairs but otherwise beautiful hotel!"
"Great front desk clerks, breakfast was kept clean and well-stocked. The room was a good size and clean. HVAC system was quiet and worked perfectly. Plenty of parking, and adequate wireless Internet. All toilets flushed loudly, there was some road noise, and the beds were creaky, but we slept well regardless. It’s a bit outside town, but the main road was quick and not too busy."
"We've stayed here a few times over the last couple years. Breakfast, pet friendly, availability, proximity to Silver Lake are all reasons we choose this hotel. Staff is always welcoming and helpful. Hotel is clean and room are good sized! "
"Super clean and cute room. Motel style - but so much better. Quiet outdoor seating area and hot breakfast served on real cutlery! Access to common microwave is a plus, and even a common indoor library space for reading as well. "
"To start, having a balcony overlook the lake in the morning was very nice. We spent most of the day at the beach across the street . It was a quick drive over and it only took a minute. You can walk but I had seniors with walking issues. This was an excellent beach for them because it offered two ramps down to the water and I could push them in a wheelchair. The worst part of the hotel for us was having no elevator, but that was my fault for not booking rooms on the first level. The hotel did not offer breakfast in the morning, but with a short drive down the street there are great places to eat. We really liked how quiet the area was and hotel location to the beach. If you have kids who skateboard THIS is the place to stay. There’s an excellent skate park across the street and playground. If you are expecting a newer perfect looking hotel this may not be for you, but if a quiet clean room in a charming area is what you seek, then I recommend this spot. This quiet location is fantastic for walkers, joggers, and families. I definitely would consider coming back. (There’s a pool and hot tub, but it rained on our second day so we could not go in it. I have no review of that, but it looked clean at a glance). "
