「For the price of a room, this hotel is super out dated, falling apart, I had a hole in my carpet, a hole in the wall, it’s just in need of repair. I had no hot water at my sink, the shower did but if you had the hot water on it made extremely loud noises until you turned it back to cold. So I “enjoyed” a cold shower. This property needs a lot of work! I had said something from a past stay (Last June 2025) and I was told it was noted. Today I was given 2000 Bonvoy points for my cold shower. 」
