Went to check in on the 3rd of July after having my room booked for 2 WEEKS! Posted at the door was “all reservations not paid in full upfront, were canceled and given to another patron” Like WHAT?! So I was forced to go to a motel down the road and book a same day room on the 4th of July weekend!!! The guy at the other motel said this happens a lot. The receptionist was awful to deal with.
