「Tru by Hilton has very small rooms and paper thin walls. Also dog poop was left outside the front door. Mentioned this to the front desk, but an hour later it was still there.」

「Upon checking in we found our room to be exceptionally clean. We really liked the studio layout. Privacy curtain for hubby to watch TV while i slept. The shower was nice with the rounded wall with room to move and cubbies for products. There were plenty of plugs for chargers, heating pad & c pap machine! The apt size fridge kept our drinks cold! I thought the S/P shakers were creatively filled with packets :). My grandkids stayed across the hall and enjoyed the pool area. It was very welcoming...

「Towels were dirty, not clean long enough or with detergent floor was dirty TV light switches windows have never been wiped down toilet was broken and very slow. No bugs we had to pay for breakfast two dollars each and it was not worth it. Nothing like a Holiday Inn express breakfast two servers and an empty restaurant really disappointed once we stayed at the same type of Holiday Inn in Ocala and pretty much the same results very disappointed we’ll stick to Holiday Inn express for travelers...

「The staff was friendly but that’s about the only good thing I really have to say about it. The door was damaged and would not shut properly. It almost looked as if it had been kicked in at some point. I had to pile a bunch of things in front of it to make it harder to open. The room did not feel clean and the bed was musty. There were people outside the room being loud and fighting right outside the door all hours of the night. I did not sleep at all. I would have left if my we hadnt of been so...
