「Clean and easy to access! Helpful front desk staff.」

「Checked in and went to my nonsmoking room, immediately smelled of wet cigarette smoke. Complained to front desk and was provided an air freshener spray that was about 95% empty. Said likely someone smoking outside the room, umm not my problem I asked for nonsmoking! Odor persisted all night and I let the morning staff know of the issue. They said hope some breakfast helps… it didn’t, and bid me goodbye. Complete crap hole!」

「Well the room was clean. However the hotel is very old and rooms were severely outdated. Bed was hard as a rock and only offered 2 pillows for a king size bed. Would have loved more pillows. The room we stayed in the bath tub had a slope in it. I almost slid out the bathtub. I wouldn’t stay again because of those issues. But other than that it was a good stay and we didn’t see any roaches as others have commented about in reviews. 」

「While this hotel is in a convenient location right off the highway near plenty of shopping and dining, the stay was overshadowed by a major lack of transparency. I specifically book hotels that include breakfast to manage my travel budget, and their website clearly advertised this as an included amenity. Upon arrival, I was told the "breakfast" consisted only of hot coffee. When I brought the website’s advertisement to the front desk’s attention, the staff member was completely unsympathetic and...
