Yes I felt very much neglected. I checked in. Went to my room.pulled the sheets back on one of the beds and there were spots on the sheets and pillows what appeared to look like blood stains. I called to the front desk androld thw person at the front desk. He came down and told me.to use the other bed. I asked for a different room and he told there were no other rooms available. Then proceeded to give me more sheets for me to change them myself. Woke ip the next morning to roaches crawling on the bed. This was the worst experience of all time and being that i booked third party i couldnt get a refund to go aome where else. I also have pictures of it all i do believe that i am entitled to a refund or some type of credi for the horrible experience
