「Wi fi was absolutely useless. Went down for breakfast at 0800 and was disappointed to find that they were already out of many breakfast items. This is the third time in the last three months that this has happened at a Holiday Inn Express. Staff response was pretty much tough luck. Will not stay at this establishment again.」

「It was what you expect for the price point and being the chain that it is. Staff were very nice. Room was clean. The room could use a good scrub on the baseboards and first impressions would go a long way if bayhroom water damage was fixed. Bathroom is incredibly tiny so to use it with the door shut it drove home the water damage behind the toilet, dirt in corners, and the shower curtain rod pulling from the wall.
