「The rooms were spotless and update. However, the walls are very thin and we could even hear snoring from another room. No kleenex in the room and we had to ask for washcloths. We had told by the nice clerk the night before that someone was in our parking spot and she said it was not a problem that we couldn't park there. The next day we were told by another clerk (possibly the owner?)we were in the wrong parking spot and had to move. There was no table for the outside chairs on the patio...

「The room was very clean and pretty big. I appreciate that there was a microwave and fridge. Free breakfast was a hug bonus and there were plenty of options. The location is great and is within walking distance of all of the major attractions. 」

「Old school New England motel with beautiful views of the the Essex River and Great Salt Marsh. The staff is very friendly and the rooms and grounds are clean. We've book a weekend there every May and intend to continue doing so. As long as you're not expecting a fancy resort, this is probably your best option on Cape Ann. Z」
