「This property was very clean everywhere. Beds were comfortable room was large. Great atmosphere in this hotel. Breakfast was included and provided plenty of options. Definitely would pick this hotel again.」

「We recently completed a three-day, two-night stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Downers Grove Chicago and were disappointed with the overall experience. The pool was closed for major repairs and is expected to remain unavailable until at least August, possibly longer. Based on the exposed rebar and new concrete forms being installed, this appeared to be closer to a complete pool replacement than a minor repair. 「The facility and location are great, but they are clearly short staffed. We waited in line for a while to check in, and the room was clean but shampoo and conditioner hadn’t been restocked. They were out of cups for the lobby water cooler, and the fitness room was out of water. My mom’s room was 45 min late getting prepared for them, and they got a bogus TV damage charge when they never even used the TV at all. We’d probably choose to stay elsewhere next time.」

However, there was one small incident that left me speechless — my key card kept getting deactivated, and I had to go to the front desk three times before I could finally get into my room.」
