「They started laying carpet and had blocked the doorway. They were so helpful and very concerned about my safety. (I use a cane). They helped me get the luggage cart from the entry, over the blocked doorways and back out to the lobby after I had loaded it. The desk manager helped me take the cart akk the way to my car and helped me Unload it. He definitely went beyond with kindness. I am already booked in for my return trip home. Excellent halfway point between my friends home and mine.」

「Pulled into my room about 12a as we went to a concert..got to check in where I clearly called and chose a room with a bathtub for my child. Arrive and no bathtub and they refused to refund my money..ended up driving all night and checked in another hotel at 3a. Never again.」

「I have stayed at Holiday Inn Express multiple times and other locations. This one was the least enjoyable the room was not cleaned between days of my stay one of those days was my fault as I left the do not disturb sign on the door by accident but the other days I expected the room to get cleaned and it didn't the room had obvious signs of excessive wear and it appeared the bathroom had been flooded at an earlier time as you could see a watermark on the door in the bathroom」
