「No one attended to us at check in for 15 minutes - my wife finally found someone cleaning the rooms to come to the front desk - none of the amenities listed online were open - no restaurant or bar. Would never stay at again」

「Beautiful “new smelling scented” hotel. Casino was packed, seemed fewer slots available- maybe because of the amount of players that day. Complimentary drinks was not as accessible- someone goes around with a drink cart rather than a permanent soda/coffee station. Long line for the asian restaurant- chinese food was okay. did not try other restaurants. Enjoyed the food court though closes earlier than expected. No pool- but spa available. Could not control Temperature panel in room- was not...

「The room itself was clean and cool but I booked this specific location for the pool. The staff didn't check the chlorine level that morning so it would be a few hours before they could recheck and then approve the levels. Check out is 11am so we wouldn't be able to access the pool. The coffee machine was much appreciated and the front desk in the evening was great.」

「The bed was very comfortable and the room was okay - at least I felt safe. However, checking in was awkward because I arrived 20 minutes before check-in time and was told by someone at a kiosk that they needed to see if the room was ready and would call me. So I had to sit in my car and they never called me. So I had to go back in and find out. Normally, hotels will let you check-in a little early, since most people check out early too. There were no table lamps, so I had to get out of...

「Everything was clean, orderly, quiet the view out the back is cornfield, but to me that’s Home and it’s very peaceful to look out there and have the drapes open during the day. Breakfast was coffee and waffles and fruit. Bathroom was bigger than I expected. Everything was comfortable and inviting. I’m currently booked for a second night… But whenever I leave here, I know that I will stay here again!」

「This is my 3rd stay here and this hotel has gone downhill in the passed 8 months. It’s dirty, dingy, I had to disinfect my bathroom before I could use it. I had to buy baking soda to sprinkle on the carpeting because of the Smokey/musty smell. I was very disappointed and unless it is cleaned up considerably I will not stay here again」
