"The staff was fantastic! While the hotel shows its age, it offers good value for the price. The professionalism and extra effort from the staff compensate for the limited amenities. It’s situated in a great location. "

"Location was food but the hotel is old and dated. Our room was visibly dusty and dirty. When I went to the buffet to get a spoon for my room I was told a very rude "no" by the staff person. Luckily, there happened to be someone there who was meetig with the hotel INVESTORS who set the staff person straight. "

"Staff was not consistent with hospitality. Room service was out of most items after 10pm. I believe the colleague’s name was Jo… she was rude and called my room several times after my order was placed. I spoke to front desk about my complaints and was told that my Hospitality Fee would be waived. That did not happen, I was still charged and have not gotten a call back from Management after calling multiple times. The facility is beautiful but staff is lacking In consistency of service. I do not recommend."

"The design of the property was cool and it was conveniently located but the queen room we stayed in didn’t have air conditioning and it was hot in there some days/nights and also there were some stains on the bed sheets. The faucet in our room also kept dripping. Also has no fridge or microwave:("
