Illinois Holocaust Museum and Education Center Tours

House keeping will steal your stuff!! Opening with the biggest item. We went through our luggage several times to be sure and know exactly where the missing items were left, and called 4 times on 4 different days and were told we'd get a call back 4 times and never did, and staff eventually doubled down that they were nowhere to be found. Beyond that staff was rude at just about every opportunity - calling to confirm the reservation, asking for the Wi-Fi password, literally every interaction was an unpleasant one EXCEPT for Ramone. Huge shout out to the one kind and competent staff in the building. Oh, and expect hidden fees up the wazoo.
