There is also an area hotel shuttle bus that can collect at designated times at the rear entrance of the hotel. Beds and pilllows are very comfortable! This is a clean, convenient place to stay with plenty of dining options in the hotel, for a quick layover at Heathrow!"

"Over all this hotel was very pleasant, however and I know it’s not the hotels fault, but we had a baby somewhere next to us that cried most of the night and when we had to be up at 4am for a flight, it just wasn’t ideal. "

"Room was hot so opened window but staff every hour were having a cigarette break and talking loudly under our window keeping us awake all night and smell of smoke in our room. Noise in bathroom like a drilling noise. Had no sleep and were shattered for flight. Were offered a breakfast but we were to late as we got up later due to being so tired."
