「房間很寬敞，設備齊全，出乎意料有兩間浴室，我們住宿了十晚，整體而言經驗很不錯，是個很適合度假的地方，也可以透過簡訊隨時跟飯店溝通需求跟反應問題。飯店內有很多有休閒設施可以使用，像是有簡單滑水道的游泳池、踏板船、腳踏車、健身房等等，很不錯。 缺點有兩項：我們是因為有提供環球影城和迪士尼接駁而住這邊，接駁車雖說是免費但其實包含在每天25美金（稅前）的設施使用費內。另外，接駁車是跟第三方合作，途中會接很多飯店的遊客，這間飯店距離較遠，所以需要比較早起床，比較晚回來，而且我們旅途期間還發生一次不愉快經歷：接駁車遲到一小時，回到飯店已經凌晨。建議大家如果為了接駁車選擇這家可以再考慮。 另外，房間是每隔幾天打掃一次，但是打掃人員有點粗心。我們房間內跟門口出現了一整包的毛巾，房間內的地板也沒有打掃乾淨。」

「The best hotel resort we stayed at locally here in Kissimmee. Room was clean with all amenities and well kept. Pool was amazing and my son enjoyed the splash pad area. They have exceptional staff who are professional, welcoming, warm and very attentive and helpful to your needs. Breakfast was outstanding. The entire staff made us feel at home. We love it! 😍 」

「There was a lot to do for my kids and family. There were a lot of pools to choose from. They had fun activities at the pool. We went to movie night. You can zip line rock climb. The property was spotless. Our room was dated but very clean and had everything you could need. We had a great stay!! Highly recommend!!」

「Staff were really nice, we arrive late night and they were very friendly. Room was very nice and clean. Property in general was in good condition. The only thing I did not like is that they charge you and extra fee for the entrance of the water park, and when we did the reservation did not said water park will be extra charge. 」
