Stuck in back building clutter everywhere 1st room had no air conditioning no one answered phone so had to go back to 1st building to get another room. There was a nice seating area but was no lighting there and could not see tv unless laying in bed. Called and asked about ice and vending machine and told ice was only on 3rd and 4th floor with no vending. Went to 3rd floor no ice machine but trash everywhere. Water from sink smelled and tasted funny. Felt like 2nd class citizens. This was maybe a 50 dollar a night room. Very disappointing.

I tried several times to reach front desk because our room was so dark I couldn’t see well. Walls are super thin. They started shutting down breakfast five minutes before it’s 9:30 close and then turned off lights shortly after. Not a horrible experience but don’t plan to stay there again.

Ordered some packages to the hotel showed the picture of it being delivered also signed off and it was stolen most likely by staff came to no resolution after spending around 500 dollars on the items :)

The a/c at the room was not working properly and the hotel knew about it before hand but told us there were no other room available. The provided fans but we had a terrible first night. I would appreciate a discount or refund for that night.

Desafortunadamente mi experiencia no fue la mejor. Mi cuarto no estaba limpio, solo una barrida general pero acumulaba mucho polvo y suciedad debajo de las camas. Tuve un problema de infestacion de hormigas en la habitacion. Encontre varias hormigas caminando en mi cama y almohadas (sensación horrible). Faltaron a la limpieza por temorada navideña y por bajo personal. A pesar de los reportes lo unico que hicieron cada dia es decirme que lo atenderian y asi hasta mi check out. La manager ni mi correo contestó a pesar de las fotos de nidos de hormigas. Una chica de recepción fue grosera y se limitó a decir que no era su responsabilidad con comentarios muy fuera de lugar. Por el contrario Kim fue muy amable y servicial. Me decepcione pues esperaba algo mejor por lo comentarios. El elevador viejo y desgastado. El desayuno es repetitivo, siempre en desabasto y rebasado por el numero de huéspedes. Nadie pudo darme una solución al problema y solo deseaba que terminara mi estancia porque estaba ya cansada de las hormigas. No fueron 2 o 3, fueron más de 20 diarias ( tengo fotos y mordidas)

Overcrowded breakfast with many items missing. Staff miserable. Except for one or two zero English spoken. First room air conditioning broken but we were moved promptly to a new room. Elevator very slow and not enough for a building this size. We won't be back.

3 night stay… 1) Entrance is through a gated area. We didn’t have to show any proof of who we were to get through. 2) We were put in the second building and dealt with construction and had trouble finding our room as our room # didn’t appear on any signs. 3) TV wouldn’t connect to channels. We called down and they were supposed to send someone up. We finally ended up figuring it out ourselves. 4) 1st night we wanted to get some drinks from the vending which was in building #1. The side doors were unlocked and unsecured. (This also happened on night 3 so it wasn’t just a one time thing.) 5) We went to breakfast the first morning. There was a very limited selection and neither the pancake machine or the toaster worked. 6) 2nd day breakfast had no eggs for quite a while and they finally brought out omelets which were burnt. 7) When we returned back to the hotel late at night on our last night, there was a sign on the door that said “Room Not Ready”. WE DID NOT PLACE IT THERE. We went in and the room had not been cleaned. I called down and was told housekeeping was already gone. I then asked to at least get clean towels and was told we’d have to come to building #1 to get them because she was the only one working. She said to be sure to speak with the manager when we checked out the next morning. 8) No hot water for the showers!!! Hair found in the eggs. “Manager is not here yet but they’re on their way.” We will NOT be staying there again!
