"We just returned from vacation, traveled with 2 kids (6 & 10). The location is perfect, close to shopping, dining and parks. In addition, the resort has few restaurants, ice crean caffee and even grocery store. We were not sure at the beginning due to reviews but we loved every moment we stayed Westgate resort. First of all the room was perfect for us (1 bedroom villa newly renovated) with full kitchen (incl. dishwasher)and 2 bathrooms. Second, it has sharable washer/dryer just at the coner of out room. The room had complimentary dishwasher soap and detergent. Behind the building it was a pool that closed 10pm that was perfect for us, we were able to enjoy swimming after hot walking day in the park. We had not enough towels but only with one call to the service desk the staff provided bunch of towels for us. Water park in the resort like a cherry on the cake was a great addition. Kids were super excited and we had a hard time to convince them to leave. Only one small minus, floors in the room was not clean and if the room had some bucket and mop I have no problem to mop it as I prefer. 5 stars to resort and staff. Thanks."

"This property was the perfect choice for my family and I. There's a water park, zip line and a pool to keep children occupied for hours which is a parents dream. I loved that the property was close to restaurants, supermarkets and gift shops."

"This place was good overall, seems to be a recently renovated hotel and they did good! Our room had everything we needed and it looked newer. The beds were hard and so were the pillows, but we still rest. The surroundings were maintained clean and the lady (Frankie) that assisted us during check in was superb! "

"Even though this property is on the main hwy it seems to be out in the country. A lake and beautiful trees make a calming and beautiful back yard. Condos are complete with all items needed. Property also has canoe and other items to enjoy the lake. I wii be back!"
