「We went for a relaxing spa. Firstly, the air conditioning wasn’t working in our room, one of the hottest days so far, was told they would check and in the meantime there was a fan in the cupboard. No fan, but a heater!! Phoned reception again to let them know and then said they would come back to me. Went to reception and we changed rooms which was a much better room anyway. We used the pool facilities which were nice enough but unfortunately there were 2 children in particular who screamed...

「It is hard to rate this property because it is brand new and gorgeous with gorgeous views BUT as a new hotel a lot still needs to be sorted: - I stayed for 3 nights, my toilet kept running loudly and they didn't have a maintenance person to fix it so the front desk person tried to fix it but couldn't and eventually gave me another upgraded room (nice). 「The room was a bit cramped for two adults and a 10-year-old, but it was generally clean and well-maintained. However, the shower system was quite disappointing: it was extremely loud when turned on, and the water pressure was very weak. Additionally, the walls were very thin; we could clearly hear the neighboring room whenever their shower was in use, and the noise from their children playing was loud enough to make the walls shake. 」

「Central location and good sized room. But the room lacked so many basics: no cup or mug for drinking, poor lighting, no hanging rail to put clothes on. No table to put things on, or chair to sit on, the bed is very low, so it was difficult to relax without just lying on the bed. Facilities were clean, but the shower lacked any power and the water or other pipes made a lot of creaking noises」
