「I got to the room at 10 pm and it had never been serviced. Bathroom towels on the floor, bed sheets all over the place. But this is not a hotel, really, but a room in some building far away from where you check in. I cancelled the second night and nobody has every called back, or apologized, or credited me with this horrible experience.」

「When we checked in, we were told our room was down the street. I must’ve missed that when I made the reservation. I did not realize there were multiple buildings. It was fine though, everything was good in my opinion, not outstanding. Beachy. A little dated. Clean room, modern bathroom. That’s what’s important. Convenient walk to beaches, dining, shopping. We went early in the season so it was a little chilly. The pool I don’t think was open yet. I would stay again.」

「Newly renovated property in Old Harbor directly off the ferry. Room was very comfortable and modern with A/C. Full bar and restaurant directly below the rooms. We would stay again in a heartbeat.」

「The Inn was lovely. The room was small, but authentic and fine. The problem is the food service is very spotty. The restaurant has limited hours and days- no breakfast except on weekends. Also if you have a room on a Monday, most of the day and all night there is no one working at all- you are alone! And on Tuesday when we needed to check out, there was no one working. We had to leave the keys in an unlocked room. 」

「Loved the keyless check in! Made it so stress free. Room was so beach themed it felt like vacation, as it should, most hotels do very little in this area. Rooms were also updated. 「This is a gem of a motel in a perfect location for beach access (or to nearby Kingston, Wakefield etc.). It was immaculate and so well maintained with a friendly staff. The room was lovely, there was plenty of hot water, I was so grateful for in room coffee and mini fridge and the 6:30 AM coffee in the office! My only minor piece of feedback is that there are only bagels for breakfast so maybe a few yogurts or other options would be amazing but this was a wonderful place to stay while I was...
