"I was told to go to a back building that was/is used for sleep study. The fire alarm went off each day I was there and a man who lived on the first floor said the alarm goes off daily. It was very hard to get internet service and there was no hair dryer. I am usually easy to please but this "

"The room had dog hair on the furniture, the floor and tub wasn't cleaned and had i not got the room through an app i wouldnt have stayed. There was a terrible storm here which is why i needed to stay in a hotel so i expected the cable to be out for a couple of hours but i was never informed if it came on nor did i ever get a working remote. It was a total insult for them to charge me an extra $8 because im handicap and it was no one there! "

Everything place else I need is within walking distance. But the main reason is I love the restaurant and staff. The food is fantastic! Seasonal and fresh. I’ve enjoyed breakfast and dinner every stay in KC. "
