「Had multiple equipment failures during our stay, but otherwise it was fine.」

「The curtains that block light do not close completely. Our room had a parking lot light that shined directly in onto the bed where we were supposed to sleep. You really need to look at this. I didn’t sleep because of light that could have easily been blocked by a curtain. I would not book this property again because it was miserable to have light shining in my eyes in bed.」

「We had no hot water. When we went down for breakfast and came back to our room, they had deactivated our room card. The person behind the desk was not friendly. Breakfast bar was depleted. Would not recommend this hotel.」

「The room was small, but clean and comfortable. The staff was incredibly helpful, helping me to figure out the public transportation system to get to a concert on an extremely busy weekend. The breakfast is minimal, but has enough basics to get you through and there's a Bob Evans less than a minute down the road if you want something more. I also appreciated the reasonable rates when several other hotels had significantly raised their rates for the weekend. Would highly recommend this hotel and...
