"Check in was a breeze, a young man I believe was Adam was very kind and helpful. He seemed to really enjoy his job and genuinely was happy to help. Our room was quite comfortable and charming. We knew we were in an old hotel with modern touches. The room was quite clean except the base of the toilet. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were OK. Our room windows looked out on to an indoor courtyard. This was fortunate as our blinds did not close. They seemed to be disconnected from the chains. The sheer blinds did work. Because of the room location, the room wasn't too bright in the morning. We ate at the hotel restaurant for dinner and had drinks at the bar. The drinks were fine and our dinner was perfectly acceptable but nothing special. We ordered room service for breakfast and a very nice young lady delivered it. It did arrive in take out containers and paper bag. The prices were the same as the restaurant with 20% gratuity and a small service charge. We didn't mind the presentation as we were able to have breakfast in bed. You can walk to the casino without going outside which was important to us. We are locals and enjoyed our mini stacaytion. We stayed here several times when it was a Renaissance including our wedding night 40 years ago. It was so nice to see all that went into the transformation to the Hotel Cleveland . It is visually stunning, especially the lobby and bar area. We look forward to visiting again."

"Very comfortable and clean. Helpful staff, especially a gentleman named Cam who was working in the main lobby. The food in the dining area and in the cafe was excellent. Have stayed here before and would stay again."

"Rooms are outdated, but they were clean. Staff was friendly and willing to assist with questions. We didn't have wash cloths in our room, but may have been a slight overlook. Breakfast was good, convenient and good selections. Walking distance to attracts like the ballpark, rocket arena and the casino. "

"Very good breakfast. Staff need to check to see what is running low. EG: eggs,waffle mix, cubed potatoes. People coming down with 15-20mins left to make a plate and there’s nothing. Staff close the doors right at 10. Without making effort to make sure they got their breakfast."
