This hotel does a great job at the basics: my room was clean and everything was in proper working order; the kitchen actually had dishes, pans, and utensils stocked in case I decided to cook; the staff was professional, polite, and helpful; and there are notable reasons to book this hotel over others next time (free use of laundry facilities, is but one example). Nobody will confuse this hotel for a luxury accommodation. But at the same time, you'll get a spacious, well-equipped room at a very competitive price. If you don't absolutely require room service or valets and you might want to take advantage of a full sized frig or make a meal, this would be an excellent choice for your next stay.

Also the cleaning solution used on the floor in the lobby as well as throat out the space had a very intense fragrance and set off allergy symptoms, sneezing, watery eyes and difficulty breathing . It is definitley an older facility with a variety of odors that are not the most pleasant as you walk the facility and into your room. My room had an older type of leather chair that had stains on it as well as a stainless steel lamp that had lots of staining and some rust. The building overall just seems a bit dated and worn. DO NOT RESERVE OR STAY AT THE SONESTA SUITES – AIRPORT IN NORTH OLMSTED! The housekeeping staff are thieves and management supports and enables these behaviors. My friend and I check into our hotel room late January 17th after a long day of working (film industry). We decided after a few days to allow housekeeping to make up the bed and give us fresh towels. SIDENOTE: They didn’t have bath towels available for most of our stay. When we inquired, we were told to go floor by floor to each housekeeper if he/she had towels. Thursday, January 22nd, the housekeeper came in and cleaned the room. When we came back to the room around 1am Friday to our room having been cleaned, extremely cleaned and organized. We were suspiciously impressed. Something told us to make sure all our belongings were still in the room. The housekeeper moved all our items, folded and moved clothing items and shoes. He/She threw away or took items that were not trash nor meant to be removed. He/She also moved my laptop and personal items from the desk, placing them in a bag not intended for them. Upon my mentioning of my laptop being moved, my friend noticed that their $200+ bottle of cologne was missing as it had been sitting next to my laptop and blue note pad. We searched for the cologne for an hour or so while taking inventory of the remaining items we had. We identified that the things that I was missing was minor, yet my friend’s cologne is most important. After searching with no success, my friend
