"It really wasn't bad other than other guests complaining about it being too loud at 10:00 at night on a Friday kind of weird to me but there was a lot of old people staying at the hotel they do like to go to bed early"

"It was very close to everything we wanted to do. However when we first arrived the room had a terrible funky smell like dirty clothes. For a newly renovated space this was not expected. On our last day of a one week stay the fire alarm went off when a patron was smoking in the hotel at 03:15 am. There was no notification of false alarm or evacuate the hotel. Finally we were under the impression that being a member of Holiday Inns reward program that we would be earning points from our stay. ...

"Very spacious rooms. We’ve stayed here multiple times and like always it’s been a great stay. Room was clean and hotel was very quiet. The pool was nice but didn’t get a chance to use it we only looked at it but we have used it in the past. Would definitely be returning."

"The hotel is in disrepair. The room looks nothing like the pictures posted. They closed the pool because they couldn't figure out how to schedule usage of it. The carpet in the rooms is from the 80s."

"Stay was just fine. Remote missing but then provided. Door frame shows outside light all around. Management indicated remodeling being done and they would address for heating/air. Breakfast great each morning, very clean, microwave and refrig freezer adequate."

Sonesta Simply Suites Cleveland North Olmsted Airport

Clean and comfortable but not new.

"The hotel is comfortable and it's so convenient having a small but full kitchen to be able to reheat food and have real utensils. It was very clean, there were many outlets (but no USB plugs so phone chargers need a block to be able to plug in) and the shower had good pressure. You can see, however, that the hotel has not been updated in a long time because of small maintenance items like chipping paint on the bottom of the bathroom door and the tub faucet being loose. Even considering this, I would stay again because the value/comfort was excellent. "
