"This hotel is not a good place to stay. The staff was polite, and the three gentlemen that manned the door were very helpful. But the condition is run down and it looked it. Hotel Indigo Cleveland Downtown by IHG

Hotel Indigo Cleveland Downtown by IHG

8/10 Good
"Room was large and beautiful but bathroom was less than up to date. Tub needs new surfacing (enamel chipped) and toilet seat was crooked. They are in the middle of updating so I will try them again after the updates are completed. Great, friendly front desk staff."
