「hotel web site states continental breaskfast but resturant is not open. resturant is only open wendsdaythrough sunday morning, pool area is dirty and not very inviting」

「Hotel does not have a generator and lost power during a storm for 4 hours and did not want to give credit since it was out of their control. No amenities or a/c during a heat advisory, leaking ceiling and fire alarm went off at 11pm. Very unpleasant stay and no hospitality, apology or communication from staff. Could have stayed at a motel for that level of service.」

「We left after stripping the beds to find all types of stains (my friend thought he got bit by a bedbug, we didnt find any). Some obviously blood some obviously fecal. Also they were small and uncomfortable. The “blankets” were thinner than my sheets at home. I asked for couple of extra pillows and was told they only had 1 spare. The toilet seat did not fit the toilet. The breakfast? Definitely not continental.」

When you opened the door, there was a nightstand or some type of furniture in front of the door, a milk just on the ground, and other things strewn around the room. There was food on the top of the fridge. I thought the clerk gave us the wrong room. It wasn't. 「I loved it. So happy to have gotten a room the power outage in my suburb of CLE due to high heat / electrical failure caused me to need a spot. So clean, so well decorated, so comfortable, the continental breakfast incredible, loads of choice, an excellent experience I wish I could live there」
