"The surrounding area is very nice so many shops and restaurants. We stay here because it’s 10 min from family. The hotel and staff itself is nice, however the carpet in our room this time was in desperate need of replacing. There were a tremendous amount of stains on the carpet and some on the walls. Our carpet wasn’t vacuumed very well either. Our major complaint however is the noise the walls are incredibly thin you can hear complete conversations of neighbors and the fourth floor is a must to avoid the herd of elephants above you. Also although I think it’s a parenting thing there were children running up and down the hallways on multiple floors. With all that being said I will stay here based on it’s location and I can just hope we get a cleaner room next time and guests are more considerate of others when staying."

"Staff was very friendly. Room was very large and perfect for a family of 5. The only major downside was we booked this hotel specifically because it mentioned an arcade and game room, which we thought would be perfect for our 3 kids. However, when we arrived, we were told there was no longer a game room and the hotel signs (and the online descriptions) hadn’t been changed yet. So, that was a disappointment. But overall it was a clean, affordable, decent place to stay on our cross-country road trip. "

"We always love staying at castaway Bay. A few disappointments this time. It seems they opened and closed a lot of the slides. We went to get ice cream on Saturday night and they were out of almost every topping. They said they were out of sprinkles but I saw a box there on the counter. I think they just didn't want to open the new box because it was the end of the evening. There's not a lot of other options so they should cater until the end of the day. "

"Hard to get on WiFi. Hard to find switch for backlight behind head board. Pillows too soft. Hand soap dispenser empty. Coffee/tea station not visually inviting. Poor selection of tea, mainly just Lipton. Small, thin towels in bath. Shower head as high as a basketball hoop! Weird, uncomfortable Chaise lounge in room. Convenient back door to parking from elevators. Courteous, understanding staff. "
