"Rooms are in need of upgrades. Shower and tub needed resealed. We stayed in 217. Nice quiet chill area."

"Breakfast was good at the Perkins, otherwise limited food options due to early season stay. Rooms were clean as was hotel and property. Staff very friendly and helpful "

"The front desk clerk was very sweet and the parking was convenient."

"The staff was very courteous however, the property is quite run down and in need of major renovations. The parking is not very secure and I didn't observe any security cameras. Breakfast was the standard fare and served up nicely and would be fine if you don't mind eating at broken down tables and benches covered in torn and stained cushions. Price should have been half what it was."

"The bathtub was very dirty; the cushions and the top cushion had blood on them. It's the worst place anyone could stay."

"The hotel was beautiful up front however we got a room in the back elevator didn't work ,our room was questionable enough I had zero confidence in trying the breakfast and we must have picked a bad weekend because there was kids running around the halls hollering playing and people out partying in the parking lot blocking one side and cops blocking the other side all in all a chaotic stay in an uncomfortable room will definitely stay away from comfort inn for future travels. "
