「After a horrible experience at the last hotel we was at it was a relief to finally find a nice one that we enjoyed staying at. Becki at the front desk was amazing..super friendly an very helpful. 「We stayed here for our cedar point trip on Labor Day weekend. It was a great experience. The staff was extremely professional, courteous and friendly. The evening shift lady who checked us in was very nice, professional and hardworking. The suites we stayed in was spacious and modern. Rooms are well insulated & quiet. kids enjoyed the pool a lot. 「I really liked the place however the breakfast bar wasn’t as nice as others. No fruit except an orange and scrambled eggs with stuff mixed in and sausage everyday there. 3 days. I usually stay at holiday inn express the breakfast is really good.」

「Family-friendly, pool's were great however inside hot tub/pool had so much chlorine added; our eyes burned and we could only stay inside for less than 20 minutes. The outside pools were cold because we were told that management didn't want to turn on the heaters. Overall, we enjoyed our rooms that overlooked the bay. Absolutely amazing to wake up and hear the waves.」
