"Room very clean, smelled fresh. Only issue I had was there weren’t enough covers and the so-called blankets were like sheets to me. But that could just be a personal preference. The hotel was great and I’d stay here again."

"Our check in staff was great and worked hard to help us add our park tickets to our purchase. However, the morning staff said we had to check out of our room because Cheap Tickets did not get all of our nights out together in the same room. When I pressed them on why they told me it was the same room the night before they acted as though they couldn’t do anything about it because that room type was all sold out. So I spent the hour I planned on getting ready for our day repacking and repacking the car. I was told to speak with the a manager later in the day. I called and asked for the manager who then told me that he could get a room ready for us any earlier or basically help us. A few hours later I received a call that our room was ready. We just rechecked in and are literally in the room next door! All that work for nothing!"

"The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was decent—basic options. Our biggest complaint were the ants. Ants aren’t a big deal but we had to switch rooms and they were still everywhere the second you put anything on a hard surface. They were also on our shoes when we had them on the floor. Traveling with a kiddo, food is usually needed in the hotel room. We weren’t able to keep any food in our room because of the ants. Even unopened food. I would say 3/10 because of that it made it pretty inconvenient to be there for longer than just one night."
