「I think this property is in the process of becoming a wonderful inn, but is not there yet. Under new ownership the past couple of years, the two brothers who own it seem serious about creating a first class stay experience, but still have some work to do. The fireplace pilot should have been turned on so we could enjoy it, since that was one of the reasons I booked our room there and no one was available to request that it be working. Lighting in the room was quite poor, with some burnt out...
「I enjoyed every aspect of this hotel. My room was clean, the staff was helpful, the grounds were lovely, and there was a calm, relaxing atmosphere. The location is close to the beach, marginal way, and downtown shops and restaurants.」
「Location was good. Amenities not so much. No breakfast on site. Renovations in hallway outside elevator seemed odd. Probably wouldn’t choose it again even though the room itself was good.」
「Loved the Nonantum. Very charming and great location. Stunning waterfront views. Feels very welcoming. Rooms on smaller side, but to be excepted in an older New England Inn. Loved the pianist who played in the lobby in the evening!」
