The front desk staff was very pleasant. The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet was clean and well stocked. Hot food was hot and cold drinks were cold. The signage was clear to lobby, elevators, entrance to buffet, pool, etc.

This location was about halfway between a friend in NH and one in Maine, which is how it was chosen, that said, it was a lovely place, lots of great seafood places to eat as well as a grocery store nearby and other shopping to explore nearby!
