「Our experience was really good. It was our 1st stay here. We chose to stay here for Red,White and Kaboom on July 3rd. The people that stood out for service was (in chronological order) Johnnie from the Valet, Nini from the front desk, Carl from the Terrace Grille bar and Anginette from Customer Care, due to a billing issue. The rooms were nice and clean,as was the hotel itself. It's a very walkable area too. If there was any negative, the area is downtown and can be a little noisy....

「Very clean room.Wonderful staff. Old fashion vending machines that worked really good. Pool was nice and cozy and the surroundings of the pool was very pristine 💖. The only thing I could say was wrong was a water pressure in the shower. And yes you're close by the road so you have to hear some noise.」

「The room itself smelled like stale smoke, HOWEVER, the view was amazing! We were assigned a room on the lake and it was so lovely. The lake was full of more birds than I had ever seen (egrets, ibises, heron, ducks). The front desk professional was nice and helpful. The room was large. For a cheap hotel, we got our money's worth. If not for the lake and birds, I would have probably thought that it was a kinda crappy hotel but cheap for the price. The stunning scenery made it 5 stars...

「The room was like a crime sceane . The only thing pleasant was the linens were clean,the desk clerk was nice and the pool was awesome.」

「Here’s how you can put that together: First, the hotel has no Wi-Fi, which prevents me from using my laptop to handle tomorrow’s work. Second, the mattress still has a plastic cover on it that hasn’t been removed. It’s just a thin sheet on top, and when I lie down, it feels damp and clammy. Every time I turn over, the plastic makes a loud noise, which really affects my sleep quality.」

「My fiance and I enjoyed our stay here. The place felt safe, the staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, had a mini fridge, TV, there was a ice machine on our floor, and the complimentary breakfast in the morning was good. Also, the air conditioning was fantastic! I like to sleep in an igloo and that AC has the capabilities and definitely delivered. Oh, and there is a decent Applebee's next door to the hotel that is in literal walking distance. I can't remember what time we got there but I...

「The room smell of urine and the toilet was too low for my elderly mother to use. The pool needed repairs and the walls of the hotel needs repair and some paint.」

「Our room had a pull out sofa. Two of the children were going to sleep there but there were no extra blankets or pillows for this “bed”. We when to the front desk to obtain a blanket and pillow and was told they don’t give those things out after 8pm. We called to the front desk and they said they couldn’t provide that as they didn’t have enough extra lines but there were some in the dryer that would be done around 3am. I understand this is an extended stay hotel but providing linens for a pull...
