Pull-out sofa is NOT comfortable. Bring a mattress pad. ALL staff were excellent with one exception. Young guy at pizza shop was not interested in service. Had to request napkins because he was using an empty napkin despinser as a window stop. He was quite put out with tequest. Least he could've done...

「Here’s how you can put that together: First, the hotel has no Wi-Fi, which prevents me from using my laptop to handle tomorrow’s work. Second, the mattress still has a plastic cover on it that hasn’t been removed. It’s just a thin sheet on top, and when I lie down, it feels damp and clammy. Every time I turn over, the plastic makes a loud noise, which really affects my sleep quality.」
