「Fine hotel but two issues for us makes me not give five stars. We were in a room on the ground floor and around 5:30am, there was a bunch of loud slamming noises. No idea what it was coming from. It would happen and then stop. And then start again. It went on until almost 6 and then stopped completely. But by then the damage was done and I was awake. Secondly our shower was either scalding hot or barely warm, couldn’t go in between. Wouldn’t stay here again, plenty of other options in Lakeland...

「Friendly staff, decent breakfast; room was not very clean- black mold in the tub and gunk all over the hair dryer- which I was able to request a clean one. They seemed a little short staffed but all working very hard. 」

「Nice Hotel. Clean. A lot of parking. Very close to shopping and restaurants. Walkable. Had a quiet stay. 」

「It’s quaint and historic - but has paper thin walls. You can hear people in adjoining rooms well as well as street noises.」

「Here’s how you can put that together: First, the hotel has no Wi-Fi, which prevents me from using my laptop to handle tomorrow’s work. Second, the mattress still has a plastic cover on it that hasn’t been removed. It’s just a thin sheet on top, and when I lie down, it feels damp and clammy. Every time I turn over, the plastic makes a loud noise, which really affects my sleep quality.」

「Hotel was not open. We attempted to stay on Nov. 1. There was a sign on the door stating the office was only open 7am-11pm (Nothing about the office hours was listed on the hotels.com profile). The door to the hotel was locked, and no answer when we arrived at 11:02 pm. Through the locked door we could see several large carpet rolls. There were no other cars in the parking lot. I saw on other reviews that they got sent to a different hotel, which makes me think they are under renovation right...

「Huele muy mal los pasillos apestan,no cambian las sabanas,no abastecen utensilios del baño.no recogen la basura, hay q pedir toallas, papel higiénico, jabon,el shampoo fatal,el desayuno pobre pobre y malo,encima no devuelven el dinero de la reserva.NO LO RECOMIENDO. OJO..me salio una compra ONLINE y de mucho valor,menos mal me avisaron del banco y no acepte ese pago.Cuidado .」
