「The coffee that’s in the room is not good and is in all in 1 coffee and filters. I would bring your own coffee filters if you are bringing your own coffee. The room is a good size, just wish there was a dining table with 2-3 chairs instead of a tall desk. For a family of 4, it needs work. 「The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only problem I had the room was not clean, they had clean sheets and all that, but they need to do more detail cleaning with baseboards, walls and bathtub, the pool was good and breakfast, just a bowl, of cereal, and little goodie bag, they need to do better with that.」

「Here’s how you can put that together: First, the hotel has no Wi-Fi, which prevents me from using my laptop to handle tomorrow’s work. Second, the mattress still has a plastic cover on it that hasn’t been removed. It’s just a thin sheet on top, and when I lie down, it feels damp and clammy. Every time I turn over, the plastic makes a loud noise, which really affects my sleep quality.」

「Hotel was not open. We attempted to stay on Nov. 1. There was a sign on the door stating the office was only open 7am-11pm (Nothing about the office hours was listed on the hotels.com profile). The door to the hotel was locked, and no answer when we arrived at 11:02 pm. Through the locked door we could see several large carpet rolls. There were no other cars in the parking lot. I saw on other reviews that they got sent to a different hotel, which makes me think they are under renovation right...

「I did not like the fact that they stole 80.00 out of my wallet! I did not get my 100.00 deposit back. So I would say they pretty shady! Will not be using them again!! Pretty bad when you leave your wallet in the room andcan employee steals it!!」

「I like the location, central Lakeland. Close to restaurants and downtown Lakeland. I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. Mildew present around the shower, toilet and sink. The water pressure from the sink faucet was very poor. Bathroom floor needed mopping. The rooms needs more attention to cleanliness just like the common area of the hotel. I was very disappointed because it is Marriott.」
