"The location felt safe but was very noisy. Between sirens, the EV charging station right outside my window and inexplicably aggressive house keeping, it was difficult to get good sleep. The breakfast and breakfast staff were very good. My room had a whirlpool tub. It worked well and did its purpose nicely. "

"I had a horrible stay at this hotel. The room was not clean when I arrived, the staff seemed uninterested in helping, and several things in the room were either broken or not working properly. On top of that, the overall service was extremely disappointing. For the price paid, the experience was unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to stay somewhere else."

"Front desk was very friendly and helpful. The bathroom sink was clogged. The heat did not work. The room had an overall "odor". Not enough towels in the bathroom. Shower faucet dripped. Would never book this hotel again. "

"The room that was assigned to me had dirty carpet as you can easily see dirt and debris on it. The carpet definitely needed a good cleansing. In the night, I spotted 2 roaches in the room crawling around which is a health hazard. I informed the staff in the morning while checking out - and they got into defensive mode only saying 'apologies for this incident, we never had this complaint'. Glad I had pictures to prove roaches in the room. Also the couch in the room was in a poor shape & needed to be change."
