Air conditioning was the best thing in room.. bathroom was dirty tub was dirty toilet was dirty.. sheets had brown stain funny smell in room… roaches everywhere crawling on wall headboard even when sleeping roaches in bed. So I just woke up and left room

There were roaches everywhere. There were no utensils for cooking. There was mold all in the bathtub. We couldnt get toilet paper. The tv didnt work

From the moment i got there the key machine was down and i couldn't get my keys to get into my own room i paid for you literally had to call a certain number for a staff member to come open up the door for you. Then i walk into the room to see dirty stained pillows which i requested new ones and was told it would be taken care of only to come back later and find pillows were never changed and then i go to operate the t.v. with the remote which was broken and it was not just batteries the remote was broken i called the office and was told to there were no replacements available and to change the channel with the buttons on the actual t.v. and even then the t.v. was so old it only had a manual power on and off button with no button to change the channels. Then as if all this wasnt enough, the front office told.me they were sorry but they could not do anything about any of these situations and to call the mgr on monday. All i can say is looks online are decieving this place was a total S--- HOLE. whatever you do stay farrrrr away from this place you could have stayed in the poorest places in town and they would be better so that tells you alot. To top it off when i got back at night another poor couple with a reservation just got in from the airport only to arrive to a closed office with a number on the door and be told by phone they have no rooms available and left these people stranded out front looking for a place to go. I got more but not enough room to type.

No tv for 2 weeks, CockRoches never sent room service had to change my own bedding etc. Would have left but couldn't get my money back then found out they were charging my card every. They blamed it on ascamer but ck with my bank the withdrawal s were to the hotel. Good luck stayi there...

We never actually got to stay here because, after a trying day of travel, I was informed that upon calling the front desk to let them know we’d be rolling in there closed to 10 pm, I was told that they had no rooms available. When I informed them that it no problem because I had a reservation, there was an uneasy silence on the other end of the line. “No sir, I’m sorry but you don’t. I’m amazed that that level of incompetence, they can manage to stay in business. 😡

The microwave was filthy. No trash cans in the room, no glasses. When we booked this room it listed pots and pans as well as dishes. The room was also infested with cockroaches. We asked for a refund as they collected the full amount at check in. My husband is 71 and I am 69 we are on a fixed income, and spent months saving for this vacation. As a result of that we didn't have extra funds to get a different locate to stay at.

Staff was super nice. Room was clean, functional, and the small kit hen area was very useful. Could get loud on occasion with other guests,but, the AC unit helped to drown that out. It was quiet by 11 pm.
