「My third time staying there and always my go to for Lakeland. Great accommodation. Comfy bed and good facilities. Breakfast is good as well. Particularly liked the spinach and cheese muffins. Plenty of parking. Will definitely return for my next visit」

「This was an impromptu stay and we couldn’t be happier! Great location! Walking distance to downtown and we got to enjoy the farmers market. Clean rooms and super friendly!」

「Very clean and organized, breakfast was good」

「We were on our way to Legoland, which doesn't allow dogs. This Pet fee and room is super affordable! Room was clean, nice big fridge, bedding was soft, shower pressure was amazing and tub was big enough for a relaxing soak. We had a 2 beds and one pillow per bed. The beds didn't have top sheets which was ok because comforter was clean and very soft. The 2 towels were small so next time I will ask for extra towels. I also liked that the door had the chain lock as well as the sturdy bolt lock, ...

「Here’s how you can put that together: First, the hotel has no Wi-Fi, which prevents me from using my laptop to handle tomorrow’s work. Second, the mattress still has a plastic cover on it that hasn’t been removed. It’s just a thin sheet on top, and when I lie down, it feels damp and clammy. Every time I turn over, the plastic makes a loud noise, which really affects my sleep quality.」

「I was very impressed by how clean the property was. The staff was kind and the rooms were spacious.」

「Very nice house for a small family! Close to everything!」

「The rooms are huge and very clean! Everything you need for a little vacation!」

「The staff is exceptionally corteous and helpful.」
