「Rooms were clean and staff friendly. Pillows could have been a little more comfortable. Disappointed breakfast was only til 9am, which is way to early. They should extend time til 10am. Never able to enjoy breakfast which was included in the price. 」

「The breakfast was a grab and go, nothing hot or fresh so that sucked! Staff was great, pleasant and helpful, parking was alright. We happened to be there on a Saturday evening, so unfortunately we were kept up due to a intoxicated couple fighting and arguing multiple times in the middle of the parking lot, and then we were greeted with roaches the next night following morning. I will NEVER return and I will not refer my family or friends!! 」

「Here’s how you can put that together: First, the hotel has no Wi-Fi, which prevents me from using my laptop to handle tomorrow’s work. Second, the mattress still has a plastic cover on it that hasn’t been removed. It’s just a thin sheet on top, and when I lie down, it feels damp and clammy. Every time I turn over, the plastic makes a loud noise, which really affects my sleep quality.」

We forfeited our payment as the room smelled musty; there was exposed plumbing in the bathroom, carpet was very old, water spotted ceiling in the room and the lobby. Shouldn't be listed on Expedia. Reviews/ratings did not accurately reflect the status of the motel. 」

「My main problem was the shower had NO grab bars what so ever and the tub was slick and not flat. You could not stand flat footed any where in that tub and nothing to hold on to!」

「I always appreciate to start a review with a compliment, so, I did very much enjoy the comfort of a Good mattress! And the sheets and pillows were very nice and comfy as well. Also, the hand soap was of good quality and made my hands feel clean. BUT… The overall cleanliness of the property was not great. My Husband went to the pool and the locker room was locked so no place to change in private. And there was a cigarette butt in the hot tub. Now, some of this is poor behavior is from guests but...

「I do not recommend this hotel at all. The cleanliness is terrible, and that’s the most basic thing you expect from a place you’re staying at. From the moment we walked in, the floor was sticky and dirty—it felt completely neglected. The bathroom was simply disgusting: the sink had built-up grime, like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. The freezer area was also in very bad condition, with visible residue and dirt, clearly something that hasn’t been cleaned in ages. In the room,...

「If I could give the staff 0 stars I would! We got there and the clerk told me they had no rooms even though I had prepaid for the room. And then had the audacity to say they called to let me know, they did not. Wish I could say more but overbooking was their fault, not mine. 」
